ISDS CONFERENCE - 2023

The College of Information and Communication Technology (CICT) of CTU was established in 1994. It is one of the seven key faculties in the field of Information Technology in Vietnam and has observed substantial upgrading and development. In 2019, the CICT received the Third-Class Labor Medal from the President. Training, scientific research, and technology transfer in the field of ICT are the committed missions of the CICT.

n fact, with the potential of the CICT, holding an international conference in ICT to support researchers and students in the Mekong Delta region is very feasible and necessary. Today, all the systems and applications become more and more intelligent. In those systems, data and information become larger and richer date by date. Thus, AI and Data Science are contemporary topics for associating with intelligent systems. The objective of the International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Data Science (ISDS 2023) is to attract domestic and foreign researchers to CTU to participate and present outstanding and recent research in the field of ICT. This is an opportunity for scientists to meet, exchange, and cooperate. The ISDS 2023 is also a place for students to report and learn new results in the field of ICT. This ISDS conference looks at state-of-the-art and original research issues (in the topics of intelligent systems and data science).

ENIGMA WORKSHOP 2023

The ENIGMA Workshop

Real-world applications are increasingly fed by large-scale, multi-source, heterogeneous information/data. This concerns private companies as well as public institutions.

Urban networks are a typical example of applications that need to manage considerable amounts of heterogenous data. Heterogeneity relates to the presence of different data forms and formats, such as digital images, structured and unstructured files, analog maps, incomplete and unreliable data, etc.

Alongside the notion of data, there are also constraints, knowledge and preferences that are often under-exploited in real-world applications. In order to process and manage such heterogeneous data and information, it is important to identify the relevant elements in each data source, to detect them and finally represent them in a common format that can be easily queried.

The objective of this workshop is to bridge fundamental research in knowledge representation and reasoning with applied research. The aim is to encourage the emergence of novel solutions for representing, combining, classifying, clustering, integrating domain knowledge, repairing, explaining and querying data/information of different nature.
